Before and after photo records

We provide before and after photos of every job as standard. For landlords and agents, this is useful documentation — proof of condition for your records, for tenancy comparisons, or simply to show the management company or freeholder what's been done.

Photos are sent directly via WhatsApp or by email on request.

Insurance and certification

We carry £1,000,000 public liability insurance. We're happy to provide a copy of our insurance certificate on request — most management companies require this before any contractor works on a managed property, and we have it ready to go.

Regular maintenance contracts

If you manage multiple properties or a larger development, we can arrange regular scheduled cleans — quarterly, bi-annually or annually depending on what the property needs. Regular maintenance keeps costs lower over time and means communal areas never get to the point of needing a major deep clean.
